1. Genuine License Guarantee

We guarantee that every license key purchased from QBADVISORPRO is:

  • 100% genuine and authentic.
  • Delivered through legitimate distribution channels.
  • Unused prior to delivery.
  • Valid for the product version purchased.

This warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your license key cannot be activated due to an issue with the key itself, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate solution.

2. Independent Software Reseller

QBADVISORPRO is an independent reseller of software products.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks® and all related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and compatibility purposes.

Our warranty applies only to the validity of the license key and does not extend to software bugs, operating system issues, or manufacturer-related software defects.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Software incompatibility with your computer or operating system.
  • Installation errors caused by incorrect customer actions.
  • Problems resulting from malware, viruses, or third-party software.
  • Operating system changes or updates affecting software functionality.
  • License keys that have been shared, resold, or misused.

4. Warranty Claims

If you experience an activation issue, please contact our support team and include:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A screenshot of the activation error.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Our team will verify your license and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective license key or issuing a refund when applicable under our Refund Policy.

QBADVISORPRO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
