Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

  • A license key is invalid and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
  • You receive the wrong software version.
  • Your order cannot be delivered within 24 hours due to an issue on our side.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • License keys that have already been activated or redeemed.
  • Purchases made without checking system compatibility.
  • Change of mind after the license key has been delivered.
  • Orders affected by customer error during checkout.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team and include:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Screenshots of any activation or installation errors, if applicable.

Our support team will review your request and verify the license status before making a decision.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, the payment will be returned using your original payment method. Processing times typically range from 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellation

  • If your order has not yet been delivered, you may request a cancellation for a full refund.
  • After the license key has been delivered, cancellations are subject to the refund eligibility requirements described above.
